SWAY Consultants offers professional consulting and mentoring services covering but not limited to: career and education counselling; interview preparation and mock sessions; leadership development and personal growth; business, startup, and product idea consulting; corporate coaching (Agile, customer success, operations); well-being guidance and coaching; and many more. Service offerings may be updated from time to time at our discretion. All services are advisory in nature and based on professional experience.

Unless otherwise specified : fees once paid are non-refundable; sessions missed without notice will be forfeited; and rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Unless otherwise explicitly stated : all fees paid are non-refundable; cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session; failure to provide notice will result in forfeited sessions. Special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. No Guaranteed Outcomes
SWAY Consultants provides guidance, mentorship, coaching, and professional insights. While we strive for excellence, outcomes such as : academic admissions, job placements / promotions, visa approvals, business success, score improvements, etc. cannot be guaranteed, as outcomes depend on individual effort, external factors, and decisions beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website including : articles, videos, text, graphics, visuals, tTraining materials, frameworks, service documentation, etc. is the intellectual property of SWAY Consultants or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

We treat information you share with confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal data with third parties except as necessary for service delivery or required by law.
